Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SSFlows, a service operated by Phulkuri Media, Fulbari, Kurigram, Bangladesh. By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to these terms.

1. What SSFlows provides

SSFlows is a software platform that lets a business connect its own Facebook Page and reply to customer messages automatically. Replies are based on the business information you enter. You may take over any conversation manually at any time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent.
• You must have administrator rights on any Facebook Page you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You own the business information, product details and prices you enter. You grant SSFlows permission to use that content solely to operate the service for you.

Replies are generated from the information you provide. You remain responsible for what your Page sends to your customers, including the accuracy of prices, product descriptions and delivery terms. We recommend reviewing your conversations regularly.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SSFlows to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or obscene.
• Sell goods or services prohibited under Meta's Commerce Policies or Bangladeshi law.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Collect payment card numbers or government identity numbers through the chat.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another client's data.

5. Meta platform rules

SSFlows operates through the Facebook Messenger Platform. Your use of the service is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies, including their platform terms, developer policies and messaging rules. If Meta restricts or removes access to a Page, we may be unable to provide the service for that Page.

6. Fees and billing

Fees, message allowances and billing periods are shown at sign-up or agreed in writing. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties, including Meta, Supabase and Google. Maintenance and outages may occur.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your Page at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

9. Limitation of liability

SSFlows is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change and clients will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
