You can ask SSFlows to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, for both business owners and customers who have messaged a Page using SSFlows.
If you are a business owner
You have two options:
- Disconnect your Page. Sign in at ssflows.com, open your Page settings and choose Disconnect. This removes the stored Facebook access token immediately and stops all automated replies.
- Delete your whole account. Email us from the address registered to your account, using the details below. This removes your profile, your Page configuration, your product information, your conversation history and your order records.
If you are a customer who messaged a business
If you sent a message to a Facebook Page or a WhatsApp Business number that uses SSFlows and you want that conversation removed, email us with the name of the Page you messaged and the name you use on Facebook, or the WhatsApp number you messaged from. We will locate and delete your conversation record.
